Pursuant to sections 117 and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the stopped road described in the Schedule to this notice shall be amalgamated with the land comprised in Computer Register NL8B/803, subject to mortgage 292666.4.
