Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 65 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the
New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped.
(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken for severance.
(d) Pursuant to sections 117 and 120 (3), declares that:
(i) the stopped road firstly described in the Second Schedule and the severance land described in the Third Schedule to this notice shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Register NL9A/957, subject to mortgage 292666.4.
(ii) that the stopped road secondly described in the Second Schedule to this notice shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Register NL50/70, subject to mortgage 292666.4.
