Notice Redefining the Purposes of a

Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (5) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court,
the land described in the Schedule hereto set apart as a Maori reservation by corrigendum notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 10 February 1994, No. 11, page 726, is hereby redefined by setting aside an area of 1597 square metres, being part of the land for the purposes of an
urupa for the use of the whanau and descendants of the Whakamarama marae whanau, with the residue of 7980 square metres to remain for the purposes of a marae for
the people of New Zealand.
