land that became vested in the Minister of Education pursuant to section 143 (2) of the Education Act 1989, is hereby set apart, subject to Part 9 of the Ngai Tahu Claims Settlement Act 1998, for education purposes and shall be vested in the Crown from the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
