Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Invercargill City Council hereby classifies those parts of the reserve described in the First Schedule as recreation reserve, and further classifies those parts of the reserve described in the Second Schedule as local purpose (museum) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.
