Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for local purpose (waterway) reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, a right to drain water in gross created by transfer 210492.2, a right to convey electric power in gross created by transfer 754135, a right to drain water in gross created by transfer 992648.7, and a right to convey electric power in gross and convey/drain water in gross created by transfer A39029.1 and shall vest in the Christchurch City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
