In exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegation under the Reserves Act 1977, the Wellington City Council notifies the following resolution passed by the council on Wednesday, 28 April 2004, that council:
"Declare the land (certificate of title WN5B/488) to be a reserve under the Reserves Act 1977 for the purposes of a scenic reserve (1b)."
