(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares that the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired
for road and shall vest in the Queenstown Lakes District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the
New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120, declares the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, when stopped, being amalgamated with part
Lot 1, D.P. 15145, contained in certificate of title 18B/367, subject to mortgage 963205.2.
