Pursuant to section 42 (4) (a) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the leasehold interest described in the Schedule to be surrendered and the underlying status of the land to remain Crown Land, subject to the Land Act 1948.
