Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Trevor Knowles, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and is vested in the Whangarei District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described
in the Second Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired in connection with a road, subject to right of way over part marked "A" on DP 109055, and is vested in the Whangarei District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Third and Fourth Schedules to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3):
(i) The areas described in the Third Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Register NA137A/496, subject to section 120 (9).
(ii) The area described in the Fourth Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Register NA1027/127, subject to mortgage D426172.4 and section 120 (9).
(d) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be stopped.
