Under section 19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the West Coast Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a scenic reserve
and further, declares that the scenic reserve described in the Schedule is to be known as the Okari Spit Scenic Reserve.
