Stewardship Area
Pursuant to section 50A of the Conservation Act 1987,
and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation,
the Community Relations Manager for the Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby amends an error in the notice concerning the disposal
of stewardship land dated the 3rd day of June 2004 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 10 June 2004, No. 68, page 1627, by omitting from the notice
"0.946 hectares" and "0.750 hectares"
in the Schedule and inserting in their place
"946 square metres" and "750 square metres"
respectively.
