Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Trevor Knowles, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the New Plymouth District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to section 119, declares the area described in the Second Schedule shall be severance and amalgamated with the land in Computer Register TNB1/826, subject to mortgage 5888637.2.
