Pursuant to section 52 (1) (d) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Trevor Knowles, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 6th day of May 2004, setting apart land for another government work and published
in New Zealand Gazette, 13 May 2004, No. 52, page 1296, by deleting the following "subject to" easement from the Schedule.
