Pursuant to section 236 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to be subject to the following restriction:
Any owner of the land, the subject of the covenant, agrees that any building erected on the land shall be restricted to a single storey construction and also agrees not to construct car parking on the land.
