Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information
New Zealand, declares the portions of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares, pursuant to section 120 (3):
(a) Section 1 shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Register 1230/72, subject to mortgage B489486.5 and Gazette Notice H131034.
(b) Section 2 shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Register 56873, subject to mortgage B489486.5 and Gazette Notice H131034.
