Redefining the Purposes of a Maori Reservation and Redefining the Class of Persons for Whose Use the Reservation Was Set Apart

Pursuant to sections 338 (5) (c) and 338 (5) (d) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the purposes for which the Maori reservation in respect of the general land described in
the Schedule hereto was created by notice published in the
New Zealand Gazette, 13 September 1990, No. 159, page 3359, and 21 February 1991, No. 29, page 609, is hereby redefined for the purpose of a community amenity, and on a further recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the persons or class of persons for whose common use and benefit the Maori reservation was set apart be redefined
to Te Whanau a Kahu, Te Whanau a Ruataupare, Ngati Rangi, Te Whanau a Tuwhakairiora and Te Aotawarirangi.
