Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice
to be stopped and, pursuant to section 117 (3) (b) of the Act, shall be dealt with as Crown land, subject to the Land
Act 1948.
