New Plymouth District
Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being land that became vested in the Minister of Education pursuant to section 143 (2) of the Education Act 1989, is hereby set apart for a local purpose (community facilities) reserve and shall become vested in the New Plymouth District Council from the date of publication of this notice
in the New Zealand Gazette.

3.9457 hectares, more or less, being part Section 4, Block VIII, Egmont Survey District, and being balance of the land contained in Computer Register TN181/30.
