Pursuant to section 117 (3) (b) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of stopped road described in the Schedule to this notice be amalgamated, pursuant to section 120 (3), with the land in Computer Register SL132/205, subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and memorandum of mortgage 203277.3.
