Pursuant to section 236 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Warwick Edward Quinn, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to be subject to the following restriction:
Any owner of the land, the subject of the covenant, shall be prohibited from constructing or positioning any building structure on the land, or allowing any building structure to be constructed or positioned on the land, saving and excepting that the owner may erect stock proof fencing within the area.
