Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for segregation strip and shall vest in the Hamilton City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to section 52 (4), declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be set apart for segregation strip and shall remain vested in the Hamilton City Council.
(c) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be road and shall remain vested in the Hamilton City Council.
(d) Declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be taken under section 119 and amalgamated with the land in Computer Register SA1206/234.
