Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 11 July 2002, setting land apart for education purposes, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 15 August 2002, No. 102, page 2801, by deleting the second described area in the Schedule and substituting the following:
