Pursuant to section 54 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby revokes the notice dated 20 October 2003, setting land apart for the purposes of a State secondary school, Palmerston North, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 23 October 2003, No. 146, page 4098.
