Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 11th day of May 1994, Declaring Land Acquired for Hydro Electric Power Generation in the City of Dunedin, published in the
New Zealand Gazette, 19 May 1994, No. 48, page 1714, by adding the words
"and Part Section 17, Block V"
and reformatting the description of "P6" in the Schedule to read
"Area ha Being
5.52 Part Section 99 (D.P. 4230), Block IV and part Section 17, Block V, Waipori Survey District; shown marked "P6" on plan."
