Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 20 February 2004, acquiring an easement in gross, published in the New Zealand Gazette,
26 February 2004, No. 21, page 427, by deleting the land fourthly described in the Schedule and substituting the following:
"80 Formerly part Lot 2, D.P. 21217 (now part Lot 1, D.P. 327729); marked "D" on S.O. Plan 328643."
