Pursuant to section 338 (5) (b) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land
Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto and published in New Zealand Gazette, 3 April 2003, No. 34, page 912 and dated on the 20th day of March
2003, is hereby redefined by substituting the word:
Ngatihine
with
Ngati Hine Mutu.
