Under section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the North Shore City Council hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the North Shore City Council on 11 September 2003:
"That, in exercise of the powers conferred on the North Shore City Council by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the North Shore City Council hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by the city in fee simple and described in the First Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same are declared to be recreation reserves and further, that the land described in the Second Schedule shall
be, and the same is hereby declared to be local purpose (access) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act."
