Pursuant to sections 117 (3) (b) and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Roger Kenneth McLeod, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of stopped road described in the Schedule to this notice to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 6D/1357, subject to mortgage B. 356441.2, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
