Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portions of road described in the Schedules to this notice to be stopped and further:
(a) Pursuant to section 52 (1), declares the portions of stopped road in the First Schedule to this notice to be set apart for electricity generation.
(b) Pursuant to section 42 (3) (b), declares the portion of stopped road in the Second Schedule to this notice to be Crown Land, subject to the Land Act 1948.
