Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Paul Alexander Jackson, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart for soil conservation and river control purposes or any other work that the Waikato Regional Council is authorised to construct, undertake, establish, operate or maintain, or any use of the land so authorised to establish and continue, and shall vest in the Waikato Regional Council.
