Under the Reserves Act 1977, and by reason of an error made in the notice described subsequently, the Conservator for the Tongariro/Taupo Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the notice relating to the Opepe Bush Scenic and Historic Reserve and another reserve dated the 3rd day of May 1990 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 31 May 1990, page 1953, and issues the following notice in its place.
Classification of Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator described above, classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a scenic reserve for the purpose specified in section 19 (1) (a) of the Act.
