Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, pursuant to sections 117 (3) (b) and 120 (3), declares the stopped street described in the Schedule to this notice to be amalgamated with the land in Computer Register NA56B/240, subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991.
