Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Community Relations Manager for the Wellington Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose (reservoir) reserve over the land described in the Schedule and declares that the land may be disposed of by the Wellington City Council in such a manner, and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, with any proceeds from any sale to be paid into the council's reserves account, to be used in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.
