Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, pursuant to sections 116 and 117 (3) (b), declares the portions of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares, pursuant to section 120 (3):
(a) Section 5 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title B2/734, subject to certificate 190701.
(b) Section 6 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 249/38, subject to certificate 190701.
(c) Section 7 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title B4/291, subject to certificate 190701 and mortgage 359789.3.
