Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 16th day of December 2002, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 5 February 2004, No. 11, page 274, by adding the words
"subject to Easement Instrument 5719581.1"
after the words
"land in certificate of title 64437".
