Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation changes the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule from a Government purpose reserve for railway purposes to a recreation reserve and further vests the reserve in the Queenstown Lakes District Council in trust for that purpose.
