Pursuant to section 191 (8) of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister for State Owned Enterprises and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Paul Alexander Jackson, Land Information New Zealand, jointly declare that the secondary use of recreation purposes over land held for
a public work (development of water power), authorised
by New Zealand Gazette, 29 April 1971, No. 31, page 806 (registered as 830456), is revoked with respect to the land described in the Schedule from the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
