Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information
New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to agreements to that effect having been entered into, a right to drain sewage in gross as defined in the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1952, is acquired over the land described in the Schedule to this notice and is vested in the Christchurch City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
