Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby revokes the appointment of the management committee of the Whirinaki Recreation and Culture Centre to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule, and further, changes the classification of the reserve from
a recreation reserve to a local purpose (community facilities) reserve, and appoints the trustees of the Riiwhi Maori Reservation to control and manage the reserve as a local purpose (community facilities) reserve.
