Pursuant to section 114 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Tauranga District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

649 square metres, being Lot 56, D.P. 327140 and being part of the land formerly held in Computer Register 51120.
