Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a

Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation and called the Waipuka Reserve. The purpose of the reservation is for a marae, papakainga, community facility, and for the protection of wahi tapu for the benefit of the Ngati Whakaiti and Ngati Kautere Hapu.

All that piece of land situated in Block X, Kidnapper Survey District and described as follows:

6.9138 All the land known as Waipuka 2T7A2 Block and being part of the land held in certificate of title, Volume HB88, folio 163.
