Notice of Direction by the Registrar of Incorporated Societies for the Disposition of Surplus Assets of a Dissolved Incorporated Society
Section 27 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908
Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies
has directed that consequent on the dissolution of the above named society at an unknown date its surplus asset, being the land in the Schedule hereto, be vested in the Hauraki District Council.
This direction shall become final on the 15th day of November 2004.
No appeal shall lie unless notice thereof is delivered on or before that date.
Schedule
An estate in fee simple in all that parcel of land containing 1,012 square metres, more or less, being Lot 2, Section 1, Block XVI, Piako Survey District, being all the land identified as SA279/243 (South Auckland Land Registration District).
