Pursuant to section 4 of the Commodity Levies Act 1990 and section 10 of the Commodity Levies (Eggs) Order
1999, and on the recommendation of the 2004 Annual General Meeting of the Egg Producers Federation of
New Zealand Incorporated, I hereby prescribe a levy
of 35 cents per chick on the basis of the sale of chicks
to producers by hatcheries during the period 1 January
2005 to 3 March 2005.
This notice will take effect on 1 January 2005.
