Pharmacy Council of New Zealand (Fees) Notice 2004

Pursuant to sections 130 to 133 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003, the following notice is given.
N o t i c e
1. Title and commencement-This notice may be cited as the Pharmacy Council of New Zealand (Fees) Notice 2004 and shall come into force on 18 September 2004.
2. Fees-The Pharmacy Council of New Zealand sets the following fees, payable to the council, specified in the attached Schedule.
3. Tax-The fees are inclusive of goods and services tax.

CERTIFICATES
Issue of a practising certificate applied for prior to 30 November of the APC year, which is 1 April until31 March (pharmacist) 308.75
Issue of a practising certificate applied for prior to 30 November of the APC year, which is 1 April until31 March (intern) 196.25
Issue of a practising certificate applied for post 30 November of the APC year, which is 1 April until31 March (pharmacist) 100.00
Issue of a practising certificate applied for post 30 November of the APC year, which is 1 April until31 March (intern) 50.00
Issue of a practising certificate to a registered pharmacist transferring from the non-practising registerto the practising register within any APC year 196.25
