Pursuant to Part 6, section 130 (1) of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003, the following notice is given.
This notice sets out a fee to be charged by the Physiotherapy Board under section 130 (1) (a) of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003.
N o t i c e
1. Title and commencement-This notice may be cited as the Physiotherapy (Fees) Notice 16 September 2004 and shall come into force on 14 October 2004.
2. Fees-The Physiotherapy Board sets the fees and levies, payable to the board, specified in the Schedule to this notice.
3. Tax-The fee is inclusive of goods and services tax.
