Pursuant to section 14A of the Nurses Act 1977, the following notice is given.
N o t i c e
1. Title and commencement-This notice may be cited
as the Nurses (Fees) Notice 2004 and shall come into
force on 1 July 2004.
2. Fees-The Nursing Council of New Zealand ("the council") sets the following fee payable to the council specified in the Schedule to this notice.
3. Tax-The fees are inclusive of goods and services tax.
4. Notice-This notice prescribes the fee payable under section 24 of the Nurses Act 1977 and pursuant to section 14A (1) (b) of the Nurses Act 1977.
Schedule
Fee Payable to the Nursing Council of New Zealand
Pursuant to section 14A (1) (b) of the Nurses Act 1977, the council gives notice that the following fee is payable (includes G.S.T.), effective from 1 July 2004.
Fee Payable $
Nurse Practitioner Endorsement Application Fee (section 24 Nurses Act 1977) $400.001
Key to Annotation
1 The fee payable is for nurse practitioner endorsement on the council's Register, namely; an addition to the Register under section 24 of the Nurses Act 1977.
