Pursuant to section 13A (1) (a) of the Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians Act 1976, the following notice is given.
N o t i c e
1. Title and commencement-(1) This notice may be cited as the Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians
(Fees) Amendment Notice 2004 and should be read in conjunction with the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 4 December 2003, No. 166, page 4628.
(2) This notice comes into force on 19 July 2004.
2. Fee-The Opticians Board sets the following fee payable to the board specified in the attached Schedule.
3. Tax-The fee is inclusive of goods and services tax.

Application for registration from an overseas trained optometrist or dispensing optician under section 18 (1) of the Optometristsand Dispensing Opticians Act 1976. This excludes applications from optometrists and dispensing opticians with an Australian qualification, and applications made under the Trans Tasman Mutual Recognition Act 1997. 550.00
