as a layperson;

as a registered dentist; and reappoint

as a registered clinical dental technician; and
Barry Albury Section 74 (1) (b)
Peter Boekhout Section 74 (1) (b)
as registered dental technicians;
to the Dental Technicians Board for terms of office commencing from the date of this notification and ending
on 18 September 2004.
