Orders were made in the Christchurch District Court on
4 February 2004, for the confiscation of the following
motor vehicles:
1988 Toyota Corolla, Registration No. OA1042.
Against: Paul Wayne Morris.
1995 Nissan Bluebird, Registration No. YZ9631.
Against: Dean John Sayers.
1995 Nissan Terrano, Registration No. BLK374.
Against: Nicholas James Wilson.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 962 4289) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
This notice is placed pursuant to the Sentencing Regulations 2002.
